1. TRIAL (SHAREWARE) VERSION

1.1 You may use the Numerology 369 Software as long as you like for free

1.2 The unregistered trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way. You may make copies of the trial Numerology 369 Software as you wish. You may give exact copies of the original trial Numerology 369 Software to anyone and distribute the trial Numerology 369 Software in its unmodified form via electronic means (Internet, BBS's, Shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs, etc.). You may not charge any fee for the copy or use of the trial
Numerology 369 Software itself, but you may charge a distribution fee that is reasonably related
to any cost you incur distributing the trial Numerology 369 Software (e.g. packaging). You must not represent in any way that you are selling the Numerology 369 Software itself.

2. REGISTERED VERSION

2.1 After you have purchased the registered copy of the Numerology 369 Software, you are

You may not duplicate the Numerology 369 Software in whole or in part, except that you may make one copy of the Numerology 369 Software for backup or archival purposes.

3.1 You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, dify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. You may not use
the Numerology 369 Software for any illegal purpose.

4.1 The Numerology 369 Software is protected by internation copyright law through its treaty provisions.
You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Numerology 369 Software is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the Numerology 369 Software will remain the exclusive property of Three6Nine Studio, a division of Zmaj DOO and you will not acquire any rights to the Numerology 369 Software except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the Numerology 369 Software will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the Numerology 369 Software.

5.1. NUMEROLOGY 369 SOFTWARE IS BASED ON BELIEF IN ESOTERIC RELATIONSHOP
BETWEEN NUMBERS AND LIVING THINGS. NUMEROLOGY ISN'T SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN AND
IS SUITABLE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. DO NOT MAKE ANY REAL-LIFE
DECISIONS BASED EXCLUSIVELY ON THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

5.2 THE NUMEROLOGY 369 SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL NUMEROLOGY 369 SOFTWARE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF THE NUMEROLOGY 369 SOFTWARE.

Installing and using the Numerology 369 Software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the Numerology 369 Software from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

Privacy Policy: Three6Nine Studio won't at any circumstances share with any third party its customers' names, mailing and email addresses or any other private info. In addition, the owners of this site acknowledge that all orders are processed by third party credit card processor whose confidental data they neither have access to nor ask for. No methods of tracking visitors of this web site were used.
